If you’re not satisfied with your results within 30 days of receiving your order, reach out to our support team and we’ll work through it with you. Approved satisfaction-based refunds are subject to a 15% Environmental Processing Fee, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Order Changes and Cancellations If you made a mistake during checkout (wrong address, wrong item, or unapplied discount code), contact us within 1 hour of placing your order. That’s our window to make edits before fulfillment begins.
Do not place a second order to fix the mistake. We will process the original order as placed unless an edit request comes in within that 1-hour window.
The replacement is a goodwill choice from our side and is non-refundable if not received.
Damaged or Missing Items Received something damaged or missing from your order? Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photo evidence. Once verified, we’ll send a priority reshipment right away.
