We're an LA-based cosmetic eCommerce brand ForChics and we are looking for a creative and high-energy individual with a passion for customer service & social media to be a Community Manager in our dynamic, fast-moving company.

The Community Manager is responsible for providing a positive social experience for all users and will play a key role in increasing the brand's social media presence gaining visibility for the brand among beauty lovers. This position will report to the Creative Marketing Manager as well as regular communication with the Customer Service team on order updates.

The perfect candidate is someone who has experience in customer service and expert knowledge of Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. They have a desire to help others, they’re capable of troubleshooting and are firm yet empathetic. Bonus if they have beauty-related experience!

The ideal candidate is also interested in cosmetics and the beauty industry, with the ability to work independently and be a self-starter. This position is remote, can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada.

What you’ll be doing
Social Media Engagement/Customer Service
- Respond to all Post tags/comments and Ad comments on Instagram and Facebook in 24 hours
- Respond to Direct Messages on Instagram in 24 hours
- Listen and engage with the community to upkeep conversations
- Proactively comment and engaging with posts on other like-minded brand accounts to gain new followers
- Work with Creative Marketing Manager to identify and support influencer outreach as well as co-branded giveaways/initiatives with approved brands
    - Collect, edit and create UGC for Instagram (post+stories), Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest accounts
    - Identify and present new social/cultural trends
    - Participate in Instagram Live/Facebook live strategies
    - Draft copy
      - Work with Creative Marketing Manager to schedule content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Pinterest according to monthly concept calendar, events and other web campaigns.
          Who are you?
          - Minimum 2 years experience in social media/digital marketing
          - Expert knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
          - Quick responder: Always-on social media channels and email
          - Excellent customer/client service
          - Intermediate Photoshop and Canva skills with basic knowledge using a variety of social publishing, listening and reporting tools.
          - Strong understanding of internet culture in both a personal and professional capacity
          - Works effectively both independently and as part of a team
          - Extremely organized with the ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects

          - Well connected on Instagram with the ability to create graphics, video edit and take an amazing photo is a plus!
